These terms apply to your use of haend.com (the "site"), run by Haend LLC FZ ("Haend", "we", "us"), Licence no. 2537716 · Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, with offices at 11th Floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them. Our software products are provided under separate agreements.

Using the site

  • You may use the site to learn about Haend and to contact us.
  • You must not misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, send spam through our forms, or use it for anything unlawful.
  • Information you send us must be accurate and yours to share.

Product information

Haend PMS is in development. Descriptions of it on this site show what we are building and may change before release. They are not an offer or a commitment to supply any feature. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or any obligation to buy.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, the Haend name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but not copy, change or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We may link to sites we don't control, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will be error-free or always online.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
